Thrive Winter Fest
Upcoming Event
Saturday, December 13, 2025
12:00 PM - 4:00 AM
Celebrate your child’s creativity as they light up the stage and share what they’ve been working on!
We’ll be holding concert-style performances for all Songwriter’s Journey students and an Open Mic for our teens and adults — plus our first Winter Art Show, featuring artwork by our very own art students.
How Performance Times Work
Performers will sign up for a specific 5–10 minute time slot within one of four sessions (each session lasts about an hour).
Families only need to be here for their child’s performance window — you’re welcome to stay and enjoy the festivities, but it’s not required for the full four hours.

Event FAQs
Q: Does my child need a ticket?
A: No. Student performers attend for free and do not need a ticket. Only guests (family, friends, etc.) need to purchase tickets.
Q: How long will my family need to stay?
A: Each performer will have a 5–10 minute time slot within a one-hour session. Families only need to attend their child’s session — though you’re welcome to stay and enjoy the art show, coffee, and activities!
Q: Can young children attend?
A: Absolutely! Children 5 and under are free, and we’ll have art and music activities that little ones can enjoy.
Q: What if my child is unable to attend any of the Gig Week classes for their level?
A: No problem! Gig Week classes are a great way to prepare, but attendance isn’t required to perform at Winter Fest. If your child can’t make a class time work, we still encourage them to come perform on Saturday!
Q: My child is an art student. Can they participate in Winter Fest?
A: Absolutely! Our art students are a big part of this celebration. They can view their displayed artwork, join the hands-on art workshop, enjoy live performances, and take part in all the fun activities throughout the event.
Q: Do we need to sign up to have art included in the show?
A: Nope! Your child’s art teacher will reach out directly to coordinate and collect any pieces that will be displayed in the show.
Q: My child wants to perform with a friend. How can we make that happen?
A: Easy! Just coordinate with the other family and sign up for the same time slot on the performance form. We’ll place them in the same group so they can perform together.
Q: My child just started lessons. Can they still perform?
A: Yes — we’d love that! If your child feels ready to perform (even with teacher support), they’re more than welcome to join the show. If they’re not quite ready yet, they can still come cheer on other students, enjoy the art and workshops, and be part of the celebration!
Q: What should my child wear for their performance?
A: There’s no formal dress code — we just ask that students look stage-ready and feel confident! Most performers wear neat, casual clothes that reflect their personal style. If your child is in a band, they’re welcome to coordinate their look with their bandmates.
Q: What time should performers arrive?
A: We recommend arriving 15 minutes before your scheduled time slot to check in, tune up, and get settled. Our team will be there to guide you and help with anything you need.
Q: Can we invite family and friends to come watch?
A: Definitely! Guests are welcome — they’ll just need to purchase General Admission or VIP tickets through the iClassPro Portal once tickets open on December 1.
Q: What if my child is nervous to perform?
A: That’s completely normal! Our teachers will be there to support them — and if they need a little help on stage, that’s perfectly okay. We celebrate every step of the creative journey here at Thrive!
