How do Group Instrument Classes work?
  1. Select your child’s instrument and level (Levels 1–6).

  2. Attend one weekly 45‑minute group class—see growth without the stress.

  3. Miss a class? Cancel in the customer portal at least 48 hours ahead and receive a make‑up token to reschedule at the same level.

  4. Want more? Secure a second weekly slot and add another instrument class for extra exploration and skill-building.

Can my child try multiple instruments?

Absolutely! The best classes to try multiple instruments are Jam Band 101 (ages 6-8) and Music Launchpad (ages 6-11).

How do make-up classes work?

If your child needs to miss a class, simply cancel it in your iClassPro customer portal account. If you cancel at least 48 hours in advance, you will receive a make-up token once attendance is taken for your missed class. Use your token to schedule a make-up class for the same instrument and level at a time that works best for you.

How do you track progress?

We focus on musical, social, and overall skill development. Students and teachers use a skill tree in iClassPro to mark milestones in areas like rhythm, melody, harmony, songwriting, teamwork, and creative expression. This helps show how your child is growing and developing, even when progress may seem slow from the outside.

How will I know if my child is progressing?

You’ll notice progress through your child’s growing enthusiasm for music, ability to keep a beat while playing with others, improved coordination, and confidence in creating their own songs. We also provide regular updates on class activities and your child’s development through weekly lesson reports.
